REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SweetGum purchase. Because we build our grinders to last, we back them with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your grinder, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and include all modular components (magnetic lid, collection chamber, kief screen, and bottom tray).

Please contact us at stainless@sweetgum.co to initiate a return. Do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting support to receive return instructions and a shipping label.

Warranty & Durability

Our grinders are CNC-machined from 100% surgical-grade stainless steel and are designed to never chip, flake, or wear down. If your grinder experiences structural damage or defects under normal use, please email us with photos at stainless@sweetgum.co, and we will replace the defective part or the entire unit.

Note: Damage caused by commercial abuse or washing the grinder in a dishwasher (which can dull the sharp cutting edges over time) is not covered under our lifetime replacement warranty. Please hand wash only.
